The use of the Internet pages of zebris Medical GmbH is possible without any indication of personal data. However, if a data subject wants to use special enterprise services via our website, processing of personal data could become necessary. For easier readability this website does not differentiate between different genders. The terms used always pertain to all genders.
Specific terms used in this statement, e.g. “personal data” pursue to art. 4 EU-General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Included in the personal data used in this context are address data (e.g. name and address of clients), contract data (e.g. purchased services, clerks name, payment information), usage data (e. g. visited pages on our website) and content data (e.g. data entered in contact formula).
"User" includes all categories of persons involved in data processing. These include business associates, clients, interested parties and any other visitor of our website.
B. Specific
Data privacy statement
We store and use your personal data exclusively for processing your orders, for any possible return consignments and to provide the service(s) (e.g. customer support) or carry out the transaction(s) you have requested or authorized. We use your email address solely for sending information regarding the orders and – providing you have given your approval, for customer service – and also for our own Newsletters, if you wish.

We abide to the principles of data reduction and data economy. I.e. we save the provided data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed or is legally required. After that personal data will be routinely blocked or erased.
Getting in contact with zebris Medical GmbH
If you contact us via E-Mail or the contact page you automatically consent to this electronic communication. During the course of this contact personal data will be collected. The data collected will be visible on the respective page. Data will be transmitted using a secure process (SSL-encryption).

Each data subject shall have the right to obtain free information about his personal data stored at any time and a copy of this information. On demand the we will supply information about your personal data stored with zebris Medical GmbH in writing.
b) right to rectification
Each data subject shall have the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
c) right of restriction of processing
Each data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing.
d) right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
Each data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the following legal grounds apply and as long as the processing is not necessary.
e) right to data portability
Each data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him, which was provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format
f) right to appeal
Each data subject has the right to appeal to a data privacy institution.

g) right to object
Each data subject shall have the right to object, on grounds relating to his particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning him or her which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6 (1) of the GDPR. To do so please send an E-Mail to datenschutz@zebris.de. In consequence zebris Medical GmbH shall no longer process the personal data in the event of the objection, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Protection of personal data
As the controller, zebris Medical GmbH has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. However, Internet-based data transmissions may in principle have security gaps, so absolute protection may not be guaranteed. For this reason, every data subject is free to transfer personal data to us via alternative means, e.g. by telephone.
The safety measures include encrypted data transfer between your browser and our server, i.e. 256-bit-SSL (AES 256) encryption.
