Return & disposal
zebris Medical GmbH assumes responsibility for the entire product life cycle. When your zebris devices have reached the end of their useful life, we will take them back free of charge and recycle them properly.
No household waste
Electrical appliances do not belong in household waste. We ensure a legally compliant use in accordance with the WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU and the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG).
No hidden costs
The costs for the delivery or shipping to the collection point shall be borne by the end user. The return and professional disposal take place free of charge for you as an end user. There is no compensation for returned equipment.
Delete data beforehand
Before returning, please delete all patient, user and measurement data stored on the device on your own responsibility.

You are responsible for deleting all patient and measurement data before handover.
03 Delivery or collection
Delivery to our collection centre:

04 Professional recycling
zebris hands over the old device to a certified recycling company.
