System DigiFoam 3D-C
zebris is currently developing the DigiFoam 3D-C, a compact system designed for the three-dimensional acquisition of the natural foot shape under both static and dynamic conditions.
The concept is based on an elastic yet dimensionally stable impression foam combined with a high-resolution distance sensor matrix. This approach is intended to enable full-surface detection of foot impression depth and provide a detailed analysis of the plantar foot geometry.
The 3D data generated within the development project is intended for use in digital CAD/CAM workflows and to support individualized insole concepts.
