For our customers we offer easy to handle, system-independent remote servicing via TeamViewer.
Neither installation nor administrator rights are needed at the client pc.

or send us a message via support@zebris.de
To start a session, please follow these three steps:
- Click "Download zebris QuickSupport" and download the file to your pc
- Exectue the file - a dialog shows a generated session-ID. Now please contact a zebris Service staff member via phone and tell him the ID shown.
- During the session, zebris Support can see your Windows Desktop and control your mouse and keyboard for maintenance.
Information on data security:
The connection is secured like current home banking applications.
After the session, the connection is terminated automatically, reconnection is impossible without knowledge of the new ID and password.(Quelle: TeamViewer GmbH)
