What to Expect at Our Booth at IDS:
The Activatable Paraocclusal Attachment
One of the highlights of our JMA-Optic digital facebow is the new activatable paraocclusal attachment, available in two sizes for securing the lower jaw sensor. With lip support and a gingiva-based design, we optimize chairside measurement preparation and ensure even more precise measurement execution.
New Attachment Designer
Our new software module makes it easy to prepare paraocclusal attachments for 3D printing. This innovation allows for customized adaptation to the lower jaw and significantly simplifies the measurement process. An additional matching process with intraoral scans via measurement points or a bite fork is no longer required.
zebris Bite-Optimizer in JMA-Optic Software
From now on, our zebris Bite-Optimizer is directly integrated into the JMA-Optic software. With just one click, unwanted intraoral scan penetrations can be corrected. This means more precision and better results for our users.
Determining Physiological Bite Relations
In addition to protrusion and physiological opening movements, retrusion and closing movements can now also be used to determine a precise therapeutic bite position. Furthermore, we enable a completely flexible positioning of the temporomandibular joints, such as in a decompression position.
New Splint Designer
With our zebris Splint Designer, comfort and positioning splints can be designed and manufactured while taking physiological movement patterns and jaw relations into account. The intuitive workflow includes scan data upload, material selection, and an automatic proposal for the perfect fit. Splints can be produced using either 3D printing technology or milling techniques. A static or dynamic grinding function is also included for post-processing.
Soft Tissue Morphing
Based on a 3D face scan, our module enables the analysis of soft tissues and facial aesthetics in various jaw movements and bite positions. This allows for optimal patient involvement in treatment planning.
Matching of Intraoral Scans, Face Scans, and CBCT Data
Our software now enables the direct matching of intraoral scans, face scans, and CBCT surface data with movement and position data. This opens up new possibilities for optimal digital planning and treatment.
Additional Interfaces
Our JMA-Optic system now offers even more interfaces to external CAD systems. In addition to exocad, we now also support OnyxCeph, Sicat, Medit, and 3Shape, enabling seamless integration into digital workflows for dental practices and laboratories.
The zebris Customer Platform
Our new cloud-based data management system provides easy and efficient access to all important customer data. It integrates license activation and contract management directly with the ERP system. Additionally, we offer quick access to manuals, price lists, and software updates.
Consumables can be ordered conveniently, while an integrated cloud backup solution ensures maximum data security. Settings can be synchronized across multiple workstations, significantly improving efficiency in daily operations.
Large data sets can be effortlessly shared for consultations, second opinions, or further processing with external partners.
