zebris remote support

For our customers we offer easy to handle, system-independent remote servicing via TeamViewer.
Neither installation nor administrator rights are needed at the client pc.

To use this service please contact a member of zebris Service staff via phone (+49 7562 9726 300)
or send us a message via support @zebris .de

To start a session, please follow these three steps:

  1. Click "Download zebris QuickSupport" and download the file to your pc
  2. Exectue the file - a dialog shows a generated session-ID. Now please contact a zebris Service staff member via phone and tell him the ID shown.
  3. During the session, zebris Support can see your Windows Desktop and control your mouse and keyboard for maintenance.

Information on data security:
The connection is secured like current home banking applications.
After the session, the connection is terminated automatically, reconnection is impossible without knowledge of the new ID and password.(Quelle: TeamViewer GmbH)
