Storage and use of your personal data 

We store and use your personal data exclusively for processing your orders, for any possible return consignments and to provide the service(s) (e.g. customer support) or carry out the transaction(s) you have requested or authorized.We use your email address solely for sending information regarding the orders and – providing you have given your approval, for customer service –  and also for our own Newsletters, if you wish.

 

Personal data is not passed on 

We do not pass on your personal data to third persons. Exceptions to the above are our service provider partners who require the data to be transferred in order to process orders, such as the German post service, Deutsche Post, UPS and other forwarding agents. In these cases, the transfer is effected in accordance with the provisions of German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG); the extent of the data transferred is kept to the required minimum. 

 

Information on, or correction, blocking and deletion of personal data 

Within the framework of the German Federal Data Protection Act you have the right to request information on your stored data, and to the correction, blocking and deletion thereof. Insofar as legal, contractual or commercial/fiscal compulsory periods of record-keeping or other statutory reasons oppose a deletion, your data can be blocked instead of deleted. Please note that the data transfer on the internet (e.g. with the communication by email) can have safety gaps. A complete data protection against the access through third parties ist not possible. Although this website is compiled with utmost care we can not assume any liability for the content of external websites we link to. If you would like to subscribe to the newsletter offered on this website, we need your email address as well as information that enable us to verify that you are the owner of the email address indicated and that you consent to receiving the newsletter. Further data will not be collected. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not give them to third parties. 

The given consent for the saving of data, the email address as well as its use for sending the newsletter can be cancelled any time, e.g. through the opt-out link in the newsletter.
